This barbecue knife was featured on Walter's April 6th "Pop's Project of the Month" on YouTube.  The 80CrV2 steel blade features a multi-part handle made of paper micarta and spalted pecan wood with G-10 spacers and a brass guard.  As shown in the video, the blade was hand-forged and the guard was seated using a new guard seating tool made by Walter.  When it's gone, it gone!
