How does ordering work at Tactix Armory?

 

We've recently changed our order policy.   We used to make blades on order.  Now we just sell whatever we have in stock and ship it -- generally within 1-3 days.  Sometimes we'll have a lot of stock on hand.  Sometimes we'll be sold out of everything.  We're a small operation with a fair amount of demand for our product.  So when it's gone...it gone!

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

We'll shoot you a note when your blade ships. If it seems like it's taking too long to get to you, just shoot us an email and we'll get back to you and let you know what's going on.

Communicate.

 

If you call or send us a note, we'll do our damnedest to get back to you within 24 hours.  We're a small operation and sometimes we're out on the shop floor surrounded by noisy machinery, so we may not always pick up the phone.  Leave us a message.  If you don't hear from us, it's because we missed you somehow, so try again. We don't duck our customers.

Folders

 

We've phased out our line of folders for the time being.  The truth is, we found it hard to make them at our standards of quality for a price that we would want to pay for a knife.  We may take a run at it again in the future.  But for now...we're sticking to fixed blades.

What's your guarantee?

 

Unconditional.  If something goes wrong with your knife, we'll make it right -- either by fixing it or providing you with a new blade.  The only exceptions to this policy are knives sold on our "blemished items" page, which are generally non-returnable.

Do you sell outside the United State?

 

Yes.  But... It's your responsibility to know your local laws!  We cannot accept responsibility for your shipment, if you order a knife that is illegal in your country and as a result it is seized in Customs.  We accept orders from North America, Western Europe and most Asian countries. We've found African, South American, Chinese and some Eastern European postal delivery to be unreliable and unacceptably long, so we don't sell to those destinations.

Which methods of payment can I use?

 

We accept all major credit cards, plus Paypal.  If you want to send us a check, money order, or a chest full of pirate treasure, that's cool, too.
